What is Honor’s Legacy Fund?
Honor’s Legacy Fund is Walking With Honor’s dedicated emergency support fund. Named in honor of the heart and spirit behind our mission, this fund exists to ensure that no unexpected expense ever delays a dog’s training journey or impacts a veteran’s partnership.
This fund helps cover:
🐾 Emergency veterinary care
🐾 Unexpected medical treatments
🐾 Urgent health needs for dogs in our program
🐾 Critical, time-sensitive expenses that arise during training
Service dog training is a long and intentional process — and while we plan carefully, emergencies can happen. Honor’s Legacy Fund ensures we are always prepared to respond immediately, without hesitation, so our dogs and veterans never go without what they need.
Every contribution to this fund helps protect the integrity of each placement and honors our promise that no veteran will walk their healing journey alone.
Walking With Honor Rescue 2. Serve 2.
Change starts with people like you. Your donation helps make a real impact, one action at a time. Together, we can do more.
Walking With Honor has been informed that our IRS 501(c)(3) status has been approved. We are currently awaiting our official determination letter. Until documentation is received, contributions should not be assumed tax-deductible.
